  I like the analogy that the Witnesses are like a suit. They do act

  differently when at the Hall versus when they are in public. They

  would be more wordly if they did not have the fear of being caught.

  What type of person makes a good JW?

  i know many hundreds of jw's and there are several common.

  threads that tie them together.. 1. they were born into the truth and got married, had.

  children and now have deep jw family ties.. 2. people who are so gullible that they believe everything.

  threads that tie them together.

  1. They were born into the Truth and got married, had

  children and now have deep JW family ties.

  2. People who are so gullible that they believe everything

  they hear without checking the facts.

  3. People who are depressed and will do anything to

  have a hope for the future.

  4. People who have emotional and mental issues.

  5. People who can not make a decision.

  6. People who have no education or authority at

  their place of emploment, but have power at the

  Kingdom Hall by being an elder or MS.

  7. People who like the idea of never having to die.

  8. People who have lost children or a spouse in death

  and want to see them again alive on earth.

  9. People with physical infirmities who want to be able

  to walk again or see again.

  i visited a kh today with my wife and the brother who gave the public talk.

  said that there is so much unnatural use of the sex organs by the world's.

  youth, that the medical field is encouraging all parents with children 12 years.

  The thing that really gets under my skin is that while all of this

  BS is being spewed out, that the zombie Witnesses sit there and

  take it all in and nod their head in agreement. After the talk they

  all say to each other "wasn't that a good talk or a good meeting?"

  The only good thing is that it ended. I am really enjoying everyones

  comments. This is so much more interesting than sitting at the

  KH being embarrased by their ignorance and lack of Bible knowledge.

  I really wonder that if the Witchtower said that we need to drink the

  kool aid, how many would take a sip?

  All of this crap just makes me Sour Grapes.

  I keep busy at the Sunday meeting by reading emails, news and JWN on

  my blackberry tucked between the pages of the song book. The Bible is

  two small to do a good job of hiding.

  To show how brain dead the Witnesses are, this same Brother said

  in his public talk, that there was a hurricane down South and one little

  old Sister had some trees knocked down and there was debris all over

  her property. There was a group of volunteers going around and they

  stopped at our Sister's house and asked if they could help her clean up

  her property? She said no because Jehovah will clean it up. Several hours

  later a group of JW's came by and cleaned up her property. The speaker

  now says "doesn't that prove that Jehovah loves us and that we have

  the Truth?" I asked my wife couldn't all of the people that the first group

  of volunteers helped say the same thing?

  I visited a KH today with my wife and the Brother who gave the public talk

  said that there is so much unnatural use of the sex organs by the world's

  youth, that the medical field is encouraging all parents with children 12 years

  of age and older to take their children to the doctor to check for mouth and

  throat cancer.

  It just sickens me how the Witchtower Babel and Trick Society demonizes one

  of the most pleasurable experiences that a married couple can have. Just when

  I have my wife convinced that oral sex is not forbidden in the Bible, but only

  in the Witchtower, the subject comes up and down goes my chances of experiencing

  OS.

  Things like like just are Sour Grapes.

  Quickfire Questions to ask JW's at your door?

  occassionally (very) i have met jw's that don't know me and i would like to ask them something to make them think.. any suggestions for quick, simple, thought provoking questions to ask jw's that you may meet?.

  i seem to remember 'v' did a youtube question along the lines of,.

  ''how can you belong to a religion that allows blood fractions to be transfused?''.

  Ask them is it true that during your Watchtower Study that there

  have been articles that delt with oral sex and there were children

  in the audience.

  Ask them why it is permissible to have baby showers to celebrate the

  coming birth of a child, but when the baby is born that you can not

  celebrate its birthday.

  Ask them why the Watchtower when there are pictures of Paradise

  never show the inside of the houses.

  Ask them if God is going to destroy 99.9% of mankind at Armegeddon?

  They will say no, so why should people become a JW?

  Ask them in the resurrection, will the people be copies of who they were

  when they died? If God can make one copy can he make two? If he

  makes two then who is the real person?

  as jws, we were in bondage to the organization, its rules and its whims.

  now, we do not have to follow their direction and believe that whatever we were being told was by "theocratic" arrangement.. so, what freedoms do you have now that you have been liberated?.
